This modern and spacious semi-detached house is located next to an old farmhouse in the village of Sevenig Our in the Eifel region. The house was newly built in 2009 and is ideal for 2 families. For children there are ponies (riding is allowed) and other small farm animals.
Sevenig Our is an original, small village that lies in the middle of the most beautiful forests and meadows near the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg, where there is much to discover and many beautiful hiking trails. Motorcyclists will also find ideal terrain here due to the very winding roads.
The accommodation has a beautiful, very naturally designed garden, which is completely fenced (pets) and where you can also barbecue. The downstairs sleepingroom with own bathroom is wheelchairfriendly. You can prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped open kitchen and then relax in the tasteful bedrooms. Private parking spaces are available. Please contact the owner for kindling for the barbecue before arrival. There is a shopping service for motorcyclists (order before arrival).
