Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Check-out is kindly requested by 11 am, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this timing.
- - When leaving the premises, please remember to retrieve your keys from the door and remove the energy card to help conserve energy. Let's be mindful of our environment!
- - Love breakfast? You can indulge for a fee of €14.90 per person, but make sure to pre-order, it's essential.
- - Smoking indoors is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in a €100 fine.
- - Enjoy our outdoor pool for free, just remember to observe basic rules of etiquette and respect for others.
- - Need extra cleaning or a change of linen? We offer this service for an additional fee!
- - The tourist tax in Portimão costs €2 per night and per person for up to 7 nights.
- - Please observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am out of consideration for fellow guests.
- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 500.00 may be charged.
