This comfortably furnished villa covers three floors. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room with flat-screen TV and a sitting and dining area. The fully equipped open plan kitchen offers a combination microwave and dishwasher. In the hallway, you will find a separate toilet and a storage room. Through a stairs in the living room, you can rough the basement. Here, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Because of the location on a hillside, there are still windows in the bedrooms, offering natural light. On the first floor, you will find the other two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
