The modern apartment is located in the Imgenbroich district, in the city of Monschau on the German-Belgian border. The comfortable apartment is the ideal accommodation for families and friends. It has a wonderful location and a garden with a barbeque.
Monschau is known for its medieval centre with half-timbered houses, narrow cobbled streets and the famous castle. Near the city is the Eifel National Park with many hiking trails. Various walking routes also start from the house through this beautiful region. The charming Belgian city of Liège is just 1-hour drive.
The attic apartment is quietly located on a side street and can be reached via a separate outdoor staircase. It has a fully equipped kitchen and TV with satellite reception in the living room and all bedrooms. One of the two double beds has French dimensions and is therefore slightly narrower. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
