The Home
This restyled, semi-detached holiday home is located in the expansive Ferienresort Bad Bentheim holiday park. It’s not far from the Dutch/German border, 20 km south of Nordhorn.
The holiday home is fully and comfortably furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room featuring a TV with streaming functions. This allows you to stream apps from your tablet or phone to the TV via your own accounts. There is also an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you will find a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms sleeping two or three persons. One has a TV. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. There are also two bathrooms with underfloor heating – one with a bath and one with a walk-in shower....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
