Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight - after that time, you will be charged a fee of 15€.
- - Check-outs end at 11am; after that time, you will be charged midnight and if you want to check out after 2pm, you will be charged a full night's stay.
- - If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.
- - For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.
- - The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2 euros per night per person, up to 7 nights (already included in the reservation fee).

- - The garage option is only available for bookings longer than 30 days, please check with the host.
- - Free parking but subject to availability and advance request. If you are interested, please let us know when confirming your reservation or making an inquiry.
- - Silence: It's important to respect the established quiet hours, especially in apartments subject to higher noise exposure.
- - Pets: In accommodations that accept them, a policy of care and cleanliness applies, with a possible additional fee in case of non-compliance.
- - Travel Cot and High Chair Fee: Fixed fee of €39.00 for each item.
- - Towel + Bedding Exchange Fee during stay: €24.00. - For reservations equal to or exceeding 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet) of up to €200.00
- - For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 500.00 may be charged.
