This brand new log home of approx. 85 m2 is decorated in fresh colors with modern furniture. The living room has a new smart tv where you can watch Netflix. The separate dining room/kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances including a dishwasher, combi oven and espresso machine. There are 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has three single beds. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. From the living room you can go directly to the covered terrace, where you can have breakfast in the morning sun in summer and grill on the gas grill in the evening. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view and the mountains of the Sauerland. Everything is at ground level and suitable for seniors. There is an electric charging station for charging your car. Toboggans are available for the little ones. Schweinsbühl is a small village at about 550 m altitude in the Willingen Diemlsee-Schweinsbüh region. It is very quiet and there is a lot of nature. The supermarkets are in Usseln, a short 10-minute drive away. For shopping you can go to the nearby smaller towns of Korbach and Willingen. For a full day of shopping, you can drive to the historic city of Kassel, which is about an hour’s drive away. There is a lot of entertainment in Willingen. There is a subtropical swimming pool, an ice rink (also in summer), a go-kart track, a bowling alley and mountain bikes. The Ettelsberg wildlife park in Willingen is definitely worth a visit. In winter you can go skiing, cross-country skiing and après-ski in the cozy restaurants in Willingen. The Diemelsee is particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts in summer and is a 10-minute drive from the holiday home.
