SITUATION
This luxury villa for 10 people with a heated swimming pool in the Alpilles is located in the countryside of the village of MAUSSANE, in the heart of the Alpilles Natural Park (Bouches du Rhône Department - in Provence).
This prestigious rental in the Alpilles is located about 2km from the village centre and the first bakery.
Supermarkets are located in St Remy de Provence, or in Saint Martin de Crau, about 8 kms away.
Maussane is an AOC olive oil producing village. Its inhabitants will share all their know-how with you. You can also discover the small mill, the via Aurélia and the Sainte-Croix church.

The Alpilles natural park will offer you a magical setting with its splendid landscapes.
Perched on its rocky mount, the village of Les Baux de Provence is drawn above the village of Maussane, with its exceptional medieval heritage!
Not far from there, you can also visit the town of Saint Rémy de Provence. It is very famous for its museums, its Roman antiquities with its Glanum site, and for its very chic shops.
Or the city of Arles, called little Rome, for its Antique heritage, vestiges of Caesar’s occupation.
Moreover, numerous activities are offered nearby, depending on the season: 2 18-hole Golf courses (Servanne golf and Mainville golf) but also canoeing, parachuting, climbing, paragliding, hot air balloon rides, hiking, horse riding, Provençal markets, festivals...

- Two large terraces (one with a pergola and the other facing the pool, enhanced with a plancha) fitted with tables, chairs, and a garden lounge. You will fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and Provençal sun!

The house entrance is at ground level. A bedroom with an Italian-style shower is located on the ground floor.
However, the manoeuvring spaces between rooms do not facilitate wheelchair access.

Green spaces are watered only in the evening and morning when temperatures are not high, to avoid evaporation. Selective sorting has been implemented. Low-consumption light bulbs have been installed.
