The perfect getaway for you and your family to experience a relaxing holiday in our Stylish Home. Enjoy the lovely Emerald Green private pool, sun beds as well as its beautiful outdoor garden. The home is located in a calm residential area but within walking distance you will find restaurants, supermarkets and the beach, which is very convenient.
Once you enter the home you will find a tasteful living/dining area with high ceilings and direct access to the terrace. A private office space and a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances/utensils necessary for your stay, connected with the swimming pool area.
Moving up to the upper floor through a white elegant spiral staircase you will find a total of three bedrooms, all with queen beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The additional two bedrooms share a bathroom that’s connected between a walking closet, giving both one’s own space....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- At Property Manager - Malaga, we pride ourselves in offering a personalized and secure check-in experience for our guests. We do not use lockers for check-in, because we work exclusively with private homes, it is important for us to verify that the person checking in is the same person who made the reservation. This helps us maintain the privacy and exclusivity of our properties, and ensures that our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
- At our exclusive vacation home rental company, we are committed to providing our guests with the highest level of service and comfort. To ensure that the check-in process runs smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you arrive within the designated check-in hours: from 16:00 to 20:00.
- In the event that you are unable to arrive within the designated check-in time, we offer late check-in for an additional charge. The late check-in fee covers the costs associated with having a member of our team available outside of office hours to assist you with your check-in.
- Please note that the late check-in fee may vary depending on the time of your arrival, and that this fee is independent of the rental rates. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a late check-in, in order to avoid delays or complications upon your arrival.
- COT/BABY CHAIR
- At Property Manager - Malaga, we understand that traveling with small children can be a challenge, so we want to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.We are pleased to offer our guests the option of renting a baby crib and/or high chair during their stay.
- Please note that our houses do not come equipped with a crib or baby chair, but our company will be happy to provide them to our guests for an additional cost. For prices and availability, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Please note that the availability of our crib and high chair rentals may be limited, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure these items for your stay.

- Bedding : We will provide you with high quality linens and comfortable beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. Each sheet and pillowcase is carefully washed and changed for your arrival.
- Towels : You don't have to worry about bringing your own towels. We provide you with a full set of fresh towels and sponges for your use during your stay.
- Complimentary Welcome Pack : To welcome you, you will find a complimentary welcome pack in the house. This package includes some products such as a bottle of wine, local chips, olives and a bottle of water.
- Bathroom Amenities : In the bathroom, you will find amenities including hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and high quality body lotion for your use. We want you to feel pampered during your stay with us.
