There you will find our beautiful Gulf, where you can sun, play, swim, enjoy sunrise runs along the beach, and dazzling sunsets at night. When you aren’t at the beach, Estero Island local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, boat/water sport and bicycle rentals are in abundance. Santini Marina Plaza, home to a seasonal farmers market (open on Thursday) is coming back to life with new shops opening close to the condo. The island grocery and drug store are convenient to the condo community, as well - and you’re just a few minutes’ drive to the popular Times Square & Bayside Park, which are the heart of Fort Myers Beach, where all the fun happens! Take the Island’s Beach Trolley (when available) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don’t forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades! Drive south off the island to Lover’s Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you’ll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you’ll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf! A trip to Fort Myers Beach has a little something for everyone. We can’t wait for you to fall in love with our tropical paradise! This property is approximately 20 miles from RSW International Airport. No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the screened lanai. No pets allowed. The community tennis courts are not currently available and are still being repair from previous hurriane damage. The elevator is currently not accessible and being repaired from previous hurricane damage. Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
