Enjoy an elegant stay at this property. Accommodation A beautiful mansion that is like a hideaway. Our family has owned this property for decades and we ourselves have lived in the Shibuya area for a long time. We have adopted a traditional Japanese design, with a horigotatsu in the tatami room and modern furnishings. Enjoy a cup of tea in the comfortable and quiet courtyard, or relax in the spacious large room. The property is on two floors and is fully equipped with a kitchen, two toilets, and laundry facilities. With excellent access to transportation and space rarely found in this area, you will enjoy an exceptional stay that you will not experience at any other property in Tokyo. The floor plan can be seen in the photos. The property does not face the street and is a stand-alone house located up a few steps. There are two properties on the property, the main building and an annex, and a deck at the rear of the property is available as a common area. The main building and annex are each separate residences, separated by a hallway with two locked doors and each property has its own private entrance. This is the main building. You can book the main building only, or for larger groups of up to 16 people, you can book the annex together at the same time.

Check-in time is after 5pm.
We are occasionally able to offer early check-ins. If you would like to check in early, please message us after 8PM (Japan Time) on the day before your arrival to check if it will be available.

We are unable to store luggage after check-out, as the room must be prepared for the next guest.
★ WiFi ★
The free WiFi included with your stay is intended for standard use internet browsing. Excessive data usage might trigger a speed limit on the WiFi device. If you are a heavy data user downloading large files or streaming long videos, we recommend you bring your own WiFi device.

Please sort your garbage for recycling, and leave it inside of the property. Garbage produced from vacation rentals is classified as commercial waste, and must be collected by a licensed company after your stay. For a long term stay, please follow the garbage disposal instruction we sent through Airbnb messages during your stay. Please understand that there may be an additional fee if your garbage is not sorted correctly.

Visitors without a reservation are not permitted to enter the property. If someone will be coming to visit even for a short time during your stay, you must include them in your reservation.

■As a registered private lodging business, the Japanese government requires that we collect the following information from all guests.
1. Some details about your group, including your occupations and home addresses.
2. A photograph of each guest’s passport.
*Not necessary for Japanese nationals or those with a registered address in Japan.
**As this is an unmanned property, SOFA status guests must also provide a photograph of their passport. Other ID including military ID cannot be accepted.
