Spacious and light 2-bedroom, 2 bath house with outdoor patio BBQ area. Comfortably sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms which can be either doubles or twins. There are 2 pull out folding beds that are available for younger kids. Free private parking for several cars in the drive way. Ample storage for golf clubs. Large garden available for kids and pets.
The property is above a store room, and no one will be in it during your stay. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - store room/garage (not for guest’s use) First floor - 2 bedrooms (1 with ensuite), family bathroom, large lounge, kitchen. Outside - generous patio area with outdoor seating and a gas fired BBQ. Plenty of parking.
Property is only accessible via the stairs and is on the second floor so isn’t suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
