Ski Time Square is one of the best spots for a Steamboat vacation rental! It’s perfect for families, big or small, multiple couples, or a boys or girls trip. It all starts with the tremendous location, where you are steps away (300 yds) from the main base area (gondolas, lifts, restaurants, pubs, shopping & more) and the free bus stop that takes you to town (3 miles) and more. If you like to Apres, you cannot stay much closer to two of the hottest Steamboat spots, Slopeside and T-Bar.
For summer, this same area turns into a promenade-style beach scene with Burgess Creek flowing through the base area. Sit back, relax on the red chairs, dip your feet into the creek while your kids play in the sand. There are other summer family activities including a climbing wall, mini-golf, and events for all ages such as free concerts and art exhibits that make this a fantastic year-round locale.
Ski Time Square 511 has been beautifully and recently remodeled. No stone was left unturned and every detail you could think of was addressed including high-end fixtures, finishes and furniture. If it wasn’t for the slopes, restaurants and bars being only 300 yards away, you would not want to leave.
The impeccably designed, immaculate, bright and spacious, two-level, loft-style condo lives like a townhome. Enter the unit into a bright living area with ample comfy seating, vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the slopes and ski area.
Take in the unforgettable vistas while kicking back and relaxing by the gas fireplace or dining at the gorgeous table, that comfortably seats six. It is also the perfect place for game night or a puzzle.
The spectacular kitchen is right off the living area and features Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, stunning quartz countertops and has everything needed to stay in and make a meal.
Access the private balcony from the living area, which offers the best views from the property, and crisp, fresh mountain air and breezes.
The downstairs king bedroom is down the hall on the main level and private and features a comfy king bed, built in storage, a flat screen smart tv and a convenient desk/chair. Combined with high speed WiFi, this makes Ski Time Square 511 perfect for your remote working needs.
There is a nicely remodeled full bathroom right outside the downstairs king bedroom that has a tub shower combo that is also accessible from the living area.
Upstairs you will first find the bunk loft area, that offers a full over full bunk bed, twin trundle bed and a TV.
A barn door encloses the upstairs king bedroom, which also has a comfy king bed, a closet, dresser and a flat screen smart tv.
There is another remodeled full bathroom with a walk in glass shower between the loft area and second king bedroom.
There is a stackable washer and dryer on the second level in the bedroom closet.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado’s oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
