Welcome to Coconut Breeze! With nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and 4,387 square feet of living space, it can comfortably accommodate 25 of your closest friends and family.

Just 10 miles from Disney World and 20 miles from Universal Studios, there’s a top-tier golf course in every direction, including two Greg Norman designs just a 5-minute drive from your front door. And if shopping and dining are more your vibe, head to nearby Disney Springs, an outdoor shopping experience not to be missed.
2. It’s located within the exclusive Solara Resort. Want to take an off-day from the parks? All good! Your entire group will have access to the resort clubhouse and everything it offers, including tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, a tiki bar, a splash pad – even a wave simulator...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
