Welcome to Smoky Ridge! This newly renovated 6-bedroom cabin retreat sleeps 12 guests and is located in the beautiful Wears Valley area. You’ll enjoy the comfort of an amazing destination home with the reliability, amenities, and world-class service of a boutique hotel.Our guests’ five favorite things about this home:1. You’ll feel remote but not remote, with the energy of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood just 10 miles to the northeast and one of the least-traveled gates of Great Smoky Mountains National Park only 7 miles to the south.2. The indoor pool was made for fun, with a poolside basketball hoop, a floating ping pong table, and relaxing lounge chairs for those who prefer to merely witness aquatic prowess.3. The neighboring game room and theater will soak up some serious trip time. The theater has twin couches, bean bags, and LED mood lighting, while the game room features a foosball table, dartboard, multi-game standup arcade console, and a rustic wood skeeball machine.4. The large, comfortable beds with clean, crisp linens. Five of the bedrooms have kings, while the sixth bedroom sports a queen-over-queen bunk. No twins or fulls are to be found.5. The vaulted ceilings in the main living area make for a spacious and fun hang as the third-floor kitchen, dining room, and living room combine to offer epic views and serious coziness, while the overhead canoe chandelier and wall-mounted oar installation offer a fun nod to your surroundings.Property Manager provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. If your home offers street parking please make sure you read all posted signage.This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
