With room for 20 guests across an impressive 4,700 square feet of clean, contemporary living space, it’s nothing short of a full-blown family playground complete with an indoor pool, movie theater, game room, hot tub, and more!Our guests’ 5 favorite things about this house:1. You’re close to it all. Tucked amid the trees in the Tennessee mountains, you’ll be free to relax, unwind, and take in the views while only being a short distance to all the good, touristy fun this part of the state is famous for. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are just 10 miles to the northeast, and one of the quietest gates of Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just 7 miles to the south.2. This cabin is packed with indoor family fun. From the indoor pool to the theater, which has stadium-style sofas, a giant flatscreen, LED theater lighting, and soft curtains, you will have the best sound quality possible. Meanwhile, the game room has a standup arcade, a flatscreen TV, a full-size ping-pong table, and many board games. While you play, you’ll enjoy huge views of your surroundings via the row of floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as direct access to the deck outside.3. The outdoor hang spaces. Take in the fresh mountain air from any of the three large decks that bedeck each of this home’s floors. For those who love to cook outside, we offer a propane gas grill and seating on the main level. On the top level, you’ll find a brand-new putting green that will have you draining six-footers amid the treetops. And you can finish your night with a final cocktail and an evening soak in the bottom deck’s outdoor hot tub.4. Ample supplies and extras. The extras are everywhere in this house – and we promise you’ll notice them! From big things like blackout shades and premium mattresses and linens in the bedrooms to small things like plenty of laundry and bathroom stuff, this is the kind of vacation rental you’d operate if you were in charge. Throw in the premium cookware and matching dishes in the cabinets and the extra towels everywhere, and you’ll enjoy a trip that truly feels like home.5. The bedrooms. Each of the six bedrooms in this home has its own bathroom – a crucial convenience when you’re rolling with a couple dozen fellow houseguests. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.- Parking is only allowed on home/cabin driveways and/or home specific pull-offs. There is no "on street" parking. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
