Open Floor Plan: A seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas ensures your group stays connected. The pool table, arcade machines and main entertaining deck are located on the main floor.
Deck with Views: Step onto the main deck to enjoy panoramic 180-degree forest and mountain views, complete with a fire pit table for 6, outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, a BBQ, and a propane heater for those chilly nights. The views make you feel very secluded; you can even see the slopes at Bear Mountain!

Two chic bedrooms, each with queen beds and windows offering serene forest views.
Lower Level
A spacious master suite featuring a king-sized bed, private patio, and ensuite bathroom.
A second bedroom with an over-queen bunk bed.

Bottom Floor

The house is located on a dead-end street that provides access to excellent hiking trails as well as the Big Bear Truck Trails.
To navigate this area, you will need a vehicle, or you can walk to Bear Mountain Resort or the Mountain Transit Trolley.

Parking: Room for 4 cars max, including a flat parking pad and a sloped driveway.
Chains are required during winter months and 4x4 vehicles are recommended.
