This is a chlorine pool and measures 25’ x 9’ x 5.5’.
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Up to (6) vehicles.
There are (2) spots in the garage, and up to (4) more in the driveway.
No trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
