Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Security is strict about noise violations - please ensure noise is kept to a conversational level only during quiet hours, in order to avoid fines.
- SPA/POOL:
- Your stay includes the heating of the pool to a maximum of 82 degrees. The Pool system will be set to this level upon check in. Additional fees will apply if the pool heat is set above 82 degrees. The spa heats up very quickly so it should be set to the desired temperature 15-20 minutes prior to the time of use. 100-104 degrees Fahrenheit are considered the best temperature range for the spa. The spa heat and jets should be turned off when it is no longer being used for more than an hour. Running the spa heat overnight will result in additional propane use charges.
- This property has certain areas that could be dangerous for children if unsupervised. It is the responsibility of adults to supervise small children.
