Our Kauai vacation rental Villas of Kamalii 40 is fully air conditioned with two master suites, and a third guest bedroom. (Please note that the guest bedroom does not have it’s own vent for the AC ) The upper level, with its vaulted ceilings, includes the well-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six, and comfortably furnished living room. Rainy days won’t be a problem as there’s plenty of entertainment. The living room includes a 65-inch Smart TV with a Bluetooth WiFi Speaker - connect and play your music! And you can sit out on the spacious lanai to dine al fresco and enjoy spectacular mountain and waterfall views. One master suite is located on the main level, furnished with a king size bed, and another smart TV. The spacious en-suite bathroom has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. You’ll be able to enjoy a private mountain view lanai, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or a nightcap in the evening as you’re cooled by the tradewinds. The guest bedroom is also on the main floor, with a queen size bed, its own smart TV, and a desk area ideal for those working vacations. Just across the hallway is a full guest bathroom with shower. Downstairs you’ll find the grand master suite. It’s got a Cal king bed, its own smart TV, and another private lanai with mountain and waterfall views. The large, modern en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The laundry room is also downstairs, and is equipped with a full-sized washer, dryer and sink. Garage parking is available, no need to park outside in the hot sun! Super fast WiFi will keep you well connected! Golfers take note - golf clubs are provided for you! There are also BBQ tools for those poolside cookouts.
