As you walk through the door, you are instantly welcomed by the open entry-level, beautiful artwork, and gorgeous staircase flowing up to the main level of our home.
The entry-level has a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a full bathroom, laundry area, and access to the backyard. It leads down to the lower level of the home, where you’ll find a second bedroom with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, TV, and full en suite bathroom. There’s also space to get your work done with a desk and chair.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • The propane gas grill and smoker on site are NOT ADVERTISED AMENITIES - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill or smoker, you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank or other supplies.
- • Twin daybed - Please plan sleeping arrangements accordingly as the additional twin mattress for the daybed is not your typical pull-out or trundle style set-up. When the second twin bed is pulled out from underneath the twin daybed mattress, it will slightly rise up and both of the twin mattresses will sit right next to each other. A king comforter/duvet has been provided for this sleeping area, instead of 2 twin size comforters/duvets.
- • You are welcome to read through any books at the home, but please don't remove them from the property. Thanks for your cooperation!
- • No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings - $1000 fine
- • Quiet hours 10pm-8am
- • If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.
- • Check out time is 11 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
- • Cameras and Noiseaware - There is a doorbell camera. This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
- *There is no mailbox access at this property. We are not responsible for any lost or returned packages.
- *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*
