The pool area is surrounded by vegetation and resides at a lower level than the property and also from here it is possible to enjoy an incredible view of the Trasimeno lake and the Polvese island. The pool has a small cascade that forms the background with its pleasant flow of water. The pool area is also equipped with an outdoor shower and sun loungers. In the garden in front of the porch there is a pergola furnished with a large convivial table that allows al fresco dinners and memorable aperitifs at sunset.

The villa boasts a furnished porch which is a very enjoyable extension of the living room and dining area of the house. Thanks to large French doors that give access to both the porch and the adjacent garden areas, it is possible to enjoy the outdoors and indoors simultaneously, admiring a breathtaking view and unforgettable sunsets from every corner.
The ground floor features an atmospheric living room with high white wooden ceilings, giving the house a flavor of a typical seaside home. The living room has two comfortable sofas facing an impressive fireplace; from here, a large arch opens onto an elegant dining room dominated by a wooden table that can seat up to 8 people. This area of the house is filled with natural light and there are lovely lake views from the French windows; this will allow you to have meals in the company of the wonderful view of the lake. The dining room is connected to the lovely kitchen which also has a direct exit to the outside.
Upstairs, accessible by a large staircase in the living room, there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single bedroom. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sink and hydromassage shower while one of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.
