The Home
The pool area is surrounded by vegetation and resides at a lower level than the property and also from here it is possible to enjoy an incredible view of the Trasimeno lake and the Polvese island. The pool has a small cascade that forms the background with its pleasant flow of water. The pool area is also equipped with an outdoor shower and sun loungers. In the garden in front of the porch there is a pergola furnished with a large convivial table that allows al fresco dinners and memorable aperitifs at sunset.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
