Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.
- 2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.
- 3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
- 4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
- 5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
- 6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
- 7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.
- 8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.
- 9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
- 10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
- 11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
- 12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
- 13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
- 14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
