Located close to Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula, Villa Albi is an elegant modern villa with sea view terraces, a shared swimming pool and steps down to the water’s edge. A perfect base for families or groups of friends, the villa is set on a private residence just 200m from the sea and a short 2 km from Massa Lubrense, where you can find shops and restaurants.
With easy access to Sorrento (9 km) and the charming towns scattered along the Amalfi Coast, Villa Albi is an excellent base for exploring the area. A car is recommended for convenience and parking is available in a reserved space (not suitable for larger vehicles).
Villa Albi (160 sqm) consists of a main villa spanning two levels (connected by stairs), and an annex.
MAIN VILLA (sleeps 8)
The lower floor of the villa features an elegant living room with a well-equipped kitchen corner and access to the main dining terrace through its doors. Furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV, the living room offers a comfortable space, while the kitchen area boasts a large worktop that doubles as a breakfast bar. Additionally, this level includes a double bedroom with a pull-out double bed offering views of the garden, as well as a bathroom (with shower, washbasin and toilet) accessible from the living room.
The entrance to the villa is on the upper level and here you will find three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. Every bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and shelving space, TV and air conditioning for added comfort. Additionally, two of the bedrooms boast balconies overlooking the sea.
ANNEX (sleeps 2)
The annex, reached via an external staircase on the lower floor, offers a double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and beautiful sea views. It also has a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, ensuring guests’ comfort throughout their stay.
Outside, the villa offers several sea view terraces equipped for alfresco dining and relaxation, a magnificent rooftop terrace (accessible by a spiral staircase from the upper floor) and an outdoor kitchen on the main dining terrace. A communal pool (shared with guests from other villas on the residence; open from June 15 to September 15, from 9am to 5pm) can be reached via a private driveway which involves descending 200 steps and additionally, there is direct access to the sea, also involving a descent of 200 steps. The pool is available during specified hours, and the concierge will provide details on arrival.
