Casa Selva (85 sqm) develops over two levels. Access to the apartment is via stairs with 30 steps. The garden area seen in photos is shared with other apartments.
On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living room with sofas, a TV, a dining table (for 6 people) and a well-equipped kitchen area. Adding to the charm, the living room has two French style balconies offering delightful views of the town.
On the ground level, you will also find a laundry room, one double bedroom (with double bed 150x200cm, TV, air conditioning and heating) and a bathroom (with a shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet). Access to all three rooms is through the hallway.
An internal staircase with 15 steps connects you to the first floor, where you will find one triple bedroom [with double bed (150x200cm), single bed (80x190cm), TV, air conditioning and heating] and one bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet). The bedroom offers direct access to a small balcony, providing a charming outdoor space to relax and unwind. Additionally, an extra single bed is situated in the hallway for added sleeping options.
