VILLA AFFASCINANTE - POSITANO AREA
Set in a lush green garden (4500 square metres), this stunning private villa can be found on the beautiful cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, near the town of Positano and is one of the few villas in this area that can offer this level of privacy while also having these stunning sea views. From the property, you have stairs going down directly to the sea below, with platforms for sunbathing and ladder to access the sea. The villa is only 1km from the town of Positano.
Daily cleaning 5 hours a day and breakfast included (croissants, yoghurt, butter, orange juice, marmalade, honey, coffee, milk). The villa can be accessed in two ways: from the water’s edge (by boat) with a climb of around 100+ steps, or via a private, narrow alleyway of around 300m that leads down from the main road (downhill). Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
