VILLA SORRENTINA - SANT’AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI
Villa Sorrentina can be found near Sant’Agata of Due Golfi, immersed within a beautiful garden and perched on a hill with stunning views of Capri Island and the sea. You’ll be about 2 km from restaurants, shops and public transport from where you can catch a bus to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The nearest restaurant at just 1 km away and the closest beach is Marina del Cantone at 6km.
The villa is located at the end of a narrow rural road which is 3 metres wide, so we recommend small or medium-sized cars.The villa develops over two levels and 500 square metres.
On the ground floor we find the large living area with sofas, armchairs, TV, antique furniture and a decorative fireplace. There is a separate studio with desk for those who need to work, a dining room with seating for 8 people that is accessed from the kitchen, a separate kitchen (equipped with a five-hob gas stove, an electric oven, an espresso coffee machine, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a dining table with chairs for four people and other small appliances) with direct access to the terrace, and a guest bathroom with sink, toilet and the washing machine (access from the kitchen).
On the first floor we have the sleeping area consisting of four bedrooms:
• one suite with three connected rooms made up of one air conditioned room with double bed,
single sofa bed, with access to a small terrace, a living room with double sofa bed, and one
bathroom with shower;
• one double bedroom with air conditioning and access to a small bedroom with single bed
(no air conditioning), access to a small terrace, and a bathroom with shower;
• One bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, access to a small terrace and en-suite
bathroom with shower;
• One double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa offers a large 3000 square metres garden with private swimming pool (10x5m; 1.4m deep; open from beginning of April until end of October) furnished with sun lounges, outdoor shower, and table with chairs under a parasol. There is a partly covered terrace furnished with sofas, armchairs and table seating 8 people for al-fresco meals. Here you will also find a barbecue and pizza oven.
