Villa Mary Lou spans 259 m² and is ideal for accommodating 8 to 10 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a modern kitchen with a stove, dishes, cutlery, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Enjoy your meals in the dining area with a large dining table, which is located right next to the kitchen. The living room with a TV is adjacent to the dining area, providing the perfect space for relaxation during shared moments.
On the upper floor, there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms have partial sea views. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a double bed. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, there is a pull-out sofa for two people. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.
Also on this floor is a spacious terrace with a rooftop garden, which leads to the lounge area with comfortable seating for eight people. The lounge area includes two swings, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the company of family and friends with a view of the beautiful pool.
The outdoor area includes a large heated pool of 50 m², with five sunbeds for lounging. By the pool, there is also sports equipment such as water polo goals and a water basketball hoop, ideal for an active vacation. Next to the pool is an elegant summer kitchen, perfect for a meal after swimming, with a charcoal or wood-burning grill. You can also unwind in the Finnish sauna or the jacuzzi, which is perfect for a night swim and pleasant conversations. In the garden of this beautiful villa, there is also a volleyball court.
For guests with electric vehicles, there is an electric car charging station. The villa is fully enclosed and offers two to three parking spaces, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The villa also has a laundry room, a room on the ground floor with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There is the possibility of booking a massage and booking the preparation of food under the oven so that you can taste the charms of Dalmatian gastronomy.
