VILLA NICOLA - SORRENTO AREA
Villa Nicola is a modern and luxurious private villa, fitted with quality furnishings and comforts, stylish private spaces and stunning views across the sea. Located close to the town of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, you will be within only 1.5km from the nearest restaurant and shop and only 800 metres from the bus line that takes you into Sorrento and Massa Lubrense.
Please note that access to the villa is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes or caravans. We recommend bringing a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). The villa develops over 240 sq.m and two floors.
On the ground floor we find the dining and kitchen area: a bright, elegant and spacious room furnished with dining table for 10 and modern appliances, as well as air conditioning and beautiful sea views. There is one bathroom with sink and toilet only. The sleeping area on this floor consists of: two double bedrooms with king size bed, TV, air con and en-suite bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom with air con. On this ground floor we find the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
A beautiful spiral staircase (12 steps) takes us to the first floor where we find the living room furnished with sofas, table for four, TV, fireplace and of course sea views. From here we find direct access to the terrace with seating. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with king size beds, TV, air con and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa offers private terraces furnished with table and chairs from where you can admire the sea. There is a private swimming pool (8x4m; 1.2m deep; open from April until end of October; depuration: chlorine) with sun lounges and below this pool we find an external kitchen (with stove, oven, sink and barbecue) with covered terrace and large seating area. Around the garden, the owners have organized a private path, ideal for jogging or walks in the moonlight. The garden is fenced, making the villa ideal for those with pets.
Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, TV in the bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, daily cleaning 3 hours per day for 6 days per week included, bed linen and towels changed every 3 days for weekly bookings, barbecue, iron, security safe, fireplace, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, American coffee machine, toaster, oven, parking.
PLEASE NOTE: This property has a non-recording doorbell camera. Inside the houses there are alarm sensors - they do not record; some may be covered with a black tape as to not trigger the alarm accidentally while clients are in the villa. None of the devices inside the house are cameras or recording devices.
