VILLA SANCIA - SORRENTO AREA
Villa Sancia, a lovely modern villa situated on the scenic Sorrento coast in southern Italy, offers an inviting swimming pool, a garden and breath-taking sea views. Perfect for a getaway with family or friends, this private villa with its garden and pool is a rare gem so close to the lively centre of Sorrento (4 km). The town itself offers a huge choice of dining options, open-air bars, and designer shopping opportunities. Enjoy exploring the rich culture with numerous churches and historic landmarks and meander through charming alleyways full of artisan shops selling a variety of treasures, from ‘Limoncello’ to local paintings and crafts. Moreover, the villa serves as an ideal starting point for exploring nearby towns and attractions, including Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and Pompei Scavi.
The villa (350 square metres) consists of a two-storey main building and an annex. The villa consists of an elegantly furnished lounge with a TV, a dining table accommodating up to 12 people and a well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences and small appliances.

All the bedrooms within the main villa are situated on the upper floor.

ANNEX (sleeps 4)
The annex comprises two double bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds, TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning, and French windows leading to a private terrace offering sea views. Both bedrooms are accompanied by ensuite bathrooms (with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet).
Outside, the villa features a gorgeous garden with splendid private terraces and a private swimming pool. The pool comes equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, open from 1 April to 31 October. While a car is not essential, if you happen to have one, there is a private parking area with two available spaces.
