VILLA PIPPA - NERANO AREA
Located close to the village of Nerano in the Sorrento area of southern Italy, Villa Pippa is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, within walking distance of shops and restaurants and close to Cantone beach at Nerano, which also boasts some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants on the peninsula. The bus stop is about 500m away and popular destinations such as Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi are within easy reach by car.
This 400 square metre villa develops over 3 levels.
On the ground floor you will find a large living space (with access onto the terrace) with sitting areas (with sofas and chairs), a dining area (with table for 14 people), a well-equipped kitchen (with access to the patio) and a guest bathroom (with toilet, sink, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).
On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms. One double bedroom (with double bed, two chairs, satellite TV and a minibar) with en-suite bathroom (with bath, toilet, sink and bidet) and garden view, one double bedroom (with double bed, a desk, satellite TV and a minibar) with en-suite bathroom (with bath, toilet, sink and bidet) and garden view and one double bedroom (with double bed, a desk, satellite TV and a minibar) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and bidet) and partial sea view.
On the second floor you will find two double bedrooms. One double bedroom (with double bed, small sofa, two chairs, a desk and satellite TV) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and bidet) and a private terrace (with sea view) and one double bedroom (with double bed, a desk and satellite TV) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and bidet) and garden view.
Outside, you will find a large terrace with a private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m; depth 1.2 m; open from April – end October). The pool area (accessed form the first floor of the villa) is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool you will find a covered outdoor dining area (with kitchen, barbecue, fridge and a dining table for 12 people). The terrace is partially-shaded (with small tables and chairs, a porch swing and hammock) and provides access to a relaxation room (with a 5-person Jacuzzi and chairs).
