Villa Donatella is a large private house with swimming pool, located in the area of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi. Within only 400 metres you can reach the nearest restaurant, the bus station is just 700 metres away in the town of Sant’Agata where you will be able to find a wide choice of restaurants, shops, etc. Sorrento with its train station, restaurants, bars, etc. is only 5km away while the closest beach is 6 km away. The villa is spacious both indoors and outdoors, with extensive functional communal spaces, such as the large covered terrace, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.
The villa develops over three levels and you can reach it from street level without needing to climb any steps. To get the most of out the area and your holiday, for this villa, we recommend that you have a vehicle, which you can park on site for free.
On the ground floor, we find a bright and spacious modern living room with large windows that look out onto the garden, sofa, a laptop, air conditioning, heating and TV. The dining room is furnished with table and chairs, and a fridge-freezer, from where you can access the terrace. The kitchen area, accessed from the living room, is equipped with induction hob, electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances.
The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning, heating and hairdryer; one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV and heating.
On the first floor, we find the main sleeping area with: three double bedrooms each with with en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning, heating and hairdryer; two double bedrooms with TV, air con and heating. There is one separate bathroom with shower that can be reach from the hallway.
On the second floor we find a second air conditioned living room with double sofa and a kitchenette equipped with with a four-hob induction stove, a toaster, kettle, electric oven, dishwasher, television, fridge-freezer, and a table for four people. From this room, there is direct access to a terrace furnished with sofas, tables, and chairs, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and Capri Island. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating, TV, kettle and small fridge; from here, there is direct access to a terrace with sun lounges, a table and chairs.
Outside, the premises offer a private swimming pool (8x4m; 1.8m deep; open from beginning of April until end of October) furnished with umbrellas, sun lounges and outdoor shower. There is a partially shaded terrace with tables and chairs for 20 people, outdoor kitchen, adjacent to the garden. From the terrace, you can reach the laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
