VILLA CARINA - SORRENTO AREA
Small and cosy two storey house that offers beautiful sea views and a private swimming pool. Located about 300 metres from the centre of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you will be able to find many shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. The nearest beach can be found in Marina Del Cantone, 7km away. As the bus is every 15 minutes during the day, a car is not necessarily needed to stay at this villa, however, the property offers private parking for 3 cars.
Accessed from the road through an electric gate, the villa develops over two floors, with no steps between the car park and the house.
On the ground floor, we find an open plan bright living room with beautiful views of the sea and direct access to the terrace. The room is furnished with double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning and a dining table with chairs. Extending from the living room, we find the kitchen area (equipped with a five-hob gas stove, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, an electric oven). There is one double bedroom with sea views, air conditioning, and TV, and a separate bathroom with shower.
We access the first floor via the interiors stairs (10 steps), where we find one twin bedroom (these can be joined together to form a double) with TV and air conditioning; one single bedroom accessed from the corridor. Here, we find a second separate bathroom with shower. On this floor, there is also an 80 sq. m patio with views of the sea and furnished with table, chairs, sun lounges and umbrella. This can be accessed from the twin bedroom or the garden.
Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (6.5 x 3.5m; 1.5m deep; open from April to October) with sun lounges, sun umbrella and an outdoor shower. The pool is a few steps down from the house. There is a covered terrace, with a handmade wooden table, chairs and deck chairs, as well as the stone barbecue.
