Finally there is an internal spiral staircase (narrow, with 12-steps) up to the second floor attic which consists of a double bedroom ( double bed, air conditioning, heating) and a small bathroom (with shower, toilet and basin). Outside, the villa overlooks a large tree-lined lawn leading to a pool (7.26 m x 11m; depth 1.4m - 1.8m; open from 1 April to 31 October) with an attractive decking area, an outdoor dining terrace with a shady lounge area and an outdoor kitchen (with cupboards, pizza oven, sink and grill).
