These side-by-side modern bungalows are the perfect choice if you’re traveling with multiple families or lots of friends who want to enjoy time together and have their own private space. Hidden Grove has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and can sleep 10. Haven Grove has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can sleep 8. These homes, located just two blocks from the beach, offer everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway. You’ll have access to a ton of awesome amenities including a garage game room, fire pit, and 2 hot tubs.Our guests 5 favorite things about this property:1. You can’t beat the location. Located in the quiet, coastal Vilano Beach area, you’re sandwiched between one of the chillest beaches in the area and the shore of the Tolomack River (two blocks to your west). You’re also approximately 6 miles away from historic Downtown St. Augustine.2. The green room. The garage in Haven Grove is a seriously fun spot for group fun, complete with a putting green, table tennis, arcade games, and lounge area that’s the perfect place to hang out between games.3. Backyards made for entertaining. Haven Grove has a lush outdoor area with a tiki bar, hammock, hot tub, fire pit, and a screened-in back porch perfect for one last story or cocktail before calling it a night. Meanwhile, Hidden Grove sports a sophisticated back deck that has the feel of a cozy tropical escape, with its own hot tub, lounge space, and outdoor dining area.4. Plenty of dishes and extras. This may sound like a small thing, but when you’re a big group, well, every roll of TP matters. We make sure both homes have plenty of dishware, cookware, and tons of extras like toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, and laundry detergent.5. Bedrooms that fit everyone in your group. In the sleeping category, both homes have huge pluses. Hidden Grove has two bedrooms with king beds, a room with a full bed, and a bunk room perfect for smaller kids that has wall-mounted Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man games. Meanwhile, Haven Grove has a king bed in the primary suite and queens in the three other rooms.Property Manager provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
