Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- See below rules enforced by the city:
- • Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated
- • Primary renter must be 25 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
- • Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing. Max 4 cars
- • Per the city rules, we are able to accommodate 6 overnight guests over 13 years old and 2 overnight guests 12-years-old and younger for a total of 8 guests.
- • Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
- • All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. Dogs are not permitted in pool
- • Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
- • Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed. Fines apply
