The space Welcome to ’Haven by the Sea!’ On the first floor, you’ll find 3 inviting guest bedrooms. The first features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a stylish glass shower. This room also has access to a peaceful side porch. Another room offers a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower that has a built-in bench. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, with one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, a twin day bed, and a twin trundle. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The first floor also includes a wet bar, laundry room, half bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with three sets of double doors that open up to the private outdoor courtyard. This secluded courtyard is the ultimate peaceful retreat with its own private heated pool with built-in fountains, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, outdoor shower, lots of comfortable seating, and even a hammock for relaxing and unwinding! Moving up to the second floor, you’ll find a stunning open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area with gorgeous vaulted ceilings. Multiple large windows provide plenty of light and showcase views of the balcony. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a table for 10 overlooks the back balcony. The kitchen is a total dream, with white marble countertops, premium stainless-steel appliances, and even double gas grills! Please note the fireplace in the 2nd floor living room is not for guests’ use. Behind the kitchen is the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed with tranquil wooded views through massive windows, dedicated desk area, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. On the third floor, step into the tower room with the most beautiful Gulf Views, where you can gaze at the stars or watch the sunrise from the comfort of cozy armchairs. Right across the courtyard you’ll find the carriage house with vaulted ceilings that set a bright, airy tone. The carriage house bedroom includes a King bed, sofa, flat-screen TV, small dining table, kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is parking for 1 car and the LSV/golf cart in the garage, with room for about 3-4 additional cars in the driveway. Don’t forget to take advantage of the bikes and 6-seater LSV/golf cart to explore the beautiful community! Please note that the LSV/golf cart is only permitted to drive around the Watersound neighborhood, to the community pool, playground, and puttering park. Only 4-Seater LSVs/golf carts are allowed on wooden pathways. Watersound Beach has a range of top-notch amenities, including a gated entrance, a community pool, a putting range, a fitness center, and boardwalks for walking or biking. Direct beach access through Deer Lake State Park ensures you have all you need to embrace the beach lifestyle without all the crowds! CARRIAGE HOUSE: -Bedroom 5: King Bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination (2) There is a pack n’ play and air mattress available for guest use! (2) Guest access Watersound Beach is one of the most private and secure communities along 30A, offering 24-hour security and gated entrances. You and your family can enjoy a tranquil, peaceful getaway where privacy is respected, and you won’t have to worry about crowds! The Dunesider Neighborhood pool is heated all winter long and also has a snack bar available Thursday-Sunday for breakfast and lunch items provided by the famous Old Florida Fish House. Puttering Park is a family-friendly, 18-hole putting range for all to enjoy. A practice green is also available to hone your putting skills before heading out to play a round of golf at one of the area golf courses. Putters and balls are complimentary to use and available at the entrance guard checkpoint. Bocci Ball courts are available throughout the community, along with miles of wooden boardwalks that all lead to the beach! The Fitness Center is available for a small daily fee (charged to anyone over 18 who would like to access the workout facility). The private, exclusive Watersound Beach makes this one of the most sought-after destinations to enjoy the Gulf Coast. The miles of inviting wooden walkways through the white sand dunes provide a peaceful setting, with direct access to enjoy the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. Other things to note -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -Please note that the LSV/golf cart is not licensed for street use, it is only to be used inside the Watersound neighborhood. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
