Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom is designed with both relaxation and productivity in mind. A plush king-sized bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, while a dedicated workstation with monitor, keyboard, and ergonomic chair makes it easy to stay on top of projects. An electric fireplace adds an extra touch of warmth on cool evenings. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed with soft linens and calming décor - an ideal space for a guest or travel companion. For additional flexibility, the living room sofa can accommodate extra guests, bringing the total capacity to six.

Parking and convenience
Guests can typically find parking right out front, but two dedicated spaces are also available behind the home with direct access through the backyard gate. Onsite laundry adds another layer of convenience for longer stays.
Parking Instructions:
There is normally parking in front of the home on Reutlinger Ave. If there are no spots available, there are 2 dedicated parking spots behind the home in the alley. In front of the parking spaces is the backyard gate, which provides access to the home.
