VILLA IL MANDORLO - NOTO AREA
Villa Il Mandorlo is a three bedroom villa with its own good size pool and charming grounds on the Eastern Side of Sicily, just 1.5km from the now well-known town of Noto. Here, the main attraction is its main road which is flanked by numerous monumental baroque buildings, including several churches, a theatre and municipal buildings. The white sandy beaches are 5km away and supermarkets and restaurants are also easily accessible only a short drive away.
The accommodation develops all on the ground floor. It is airy and bright with good modern style furniture and all rooms have French doors opening onto the outside.
The living room, accessed directly via the large sliding doors from the porch area, is equipped with sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. From the living room, we access the separate kitchen area with small table and chairs, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen also has direct access to the porch.
The sleeping area consists of one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and possibility of adding a third bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower, two double/twin bedrooms (double bed or twin beds) that share a bathroom with shower. Baby cots can be added in almost all bedrooms where there is sufficient space.
Outside, the main focus of the villa is the covered porch area, equipped with comfortable furnishings, perfect for al-fresco dining, and the private swimming pool (12 x 3m) equipped with sun lounges.
Villa Il Mandorlo is located on 2.5 acres of land. Next to the villa (but not attached) there is another private villa with its own private pool. They can be rented together for larger groups.
