In addition, the "cloud-box" can create nature sounds, white noise or tell stories to your little ones, all while lighting up the room with shapes and colors (instructions in the guest manual in the home). Two kiddos? No problem! - the home has 2 high chairs and 2 pack and plays, complete with additional mattresses for extra comfort. We also provide electrical outlet covers for your use.

The entire house, fenced front yard and driveway will be for your private use. There is shared outdoor space on one side of and behind the house (very nice long-term tenants live in the back property).

2 car tandem driveway and free street parking. Please park more towards the house so bins can be taken out by the driveway, thank you! Watch for pedestrians and cars when you leave the driveway.
Please note that there is an extra guest fee after the 2nd guest, which will be automatically calculated when you book for the total number of guests. When making your reservation, please ensure the number of guests is accurate. If you need to add extra overnight guests after booking, let us know to adjust the reservation, thank you!
RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS
We’re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn’t match the guest name, you’ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
