At El Tigre, there’s lots to see and do! Stop by Paradise Plaza, where you will find several shops and restaurants, including a grocery store, Starbucks, the "Buonissimo" ice cream shop, and a lot more. The community also offers amenities like the Kid’s World, tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a spa, just to name a few. Just note that access to certain areas of the complex has restrictions.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Due to the condominium’s commitment to sustainability, the apartment has a maximum electricity usage of 14 kW/day. Note that each additional kW will be charged at $6 MXN.
- Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the ""El Tigre"" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,400 MXN per person, per stay (price subject to changes). Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations.
- For reservations longer than 7 days there will need to be additional cleaning at an extra cost.
- You must provide identification for all guests one week before your arrival. Failure to do so will prevent access to the property.
- For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- No smoking is allowed.
- Parties and events are not permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after their stay. If damages/loss exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels are not for beach use. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed; this includes tobacco, cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty and result in a ban from the premises.
- No additional guests beyond those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Guests are not allowed to walk on the golf course.
- Renters must present a government ID on the day of check-in.
- We are not responsible for any loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to guests or their companions within the premises or the complex.
- Bringing external providers to the property is strictly prohibited. If you need additional services, such as cleaning or a private chef, you can easily arrange and book them directly at the property.
- It is prohibited to tamper with the electricity meters.
- Do not use barbecue grills in common areas.
- Gatherings in the apartments must be kept moderate, respecting other guests.
- Dispose of your trash according to how the bins are labeled for separation.
- Do not leave obstructions in the hallways.
- Playing or entering the golf course is prohibited.
- *Any violation of the above will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
