This elegant apartment is located in the Ursus district of Warsaw at 28 Dzieci Warszawy Street in the newly developed Top Garden Apartments development. The flat is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while maintaining a short distance to the centre (10 km). Ursus is a dynamically developing south-western part of Warsaw, full of housing estates. The district has a full urban infrastructure with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops catering for all daily needs. The estate offers a green terrace located on the roof of the building along with a playground and barbecue. The Skorosze Shopping Centre with shops, supermarkets and a food court is only 850 metres (10 minutes' walk) from the flat! There are also transport points nearby - the Warsaw Ursus railway station is 2 km from the apartment and Chopin Airport is 7 km from the development. The proximity to the centre means convenient and fast movement around the capital - it takes only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport to get to the city centre.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
