La Scuderia is a spacious, three-storey villa with a large 18 metre pool and games room, set within the grounds of a former horse stud farm in Savignano sul Rubicone. Surrounded by trees and landscaped gardens, the property is part of an equestrian centre where guests benefit from special rates. Designed and furnished for entertaining and comfort in a fresh, contemporary style, the interiors include a generous living area, a professional kitchen, four double bedrooms and a basement games room with billiards and bar. Outside, a large 80 sqm portico with a pizza oven, barbecue and lounge area open onto the garden and sun terrace. The villa is ideally located for exploring the Riviera Romagnola, with beaches, historic towns and cultural attractions all within easy reach.

Interior:
The villa has three floors connected by internal stairs and a lift. GROUND FLOOR – Spacious living room with fireplace; dining room with direct access to the portico; professional kitchen divided into two areas, with goods lift to the basement; double bedroom with small balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower; two guest bathrooms, one accessible to guests with reduced mobility. FIRST FLOOR – Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and walk-in wardrobes; one double bedroom with access to a terrace and a bathroom with tub. BASEMENT FLOOR – Games area with billiards, bar corner, games table and bathroom with shower (accessible by lift only); laundry room (accessible via internal staircase from the kitchen). Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The property includes 6 hectares of partially fenced land, with a landscaped garden of approximately 3,000 sqm planted with lavender, herbs, flowering plants, maple and sophora trees. An 80 sqm portico is furnished with lounge seating, a dining area, a wood-fired pizza oven and two gas barbecues. Transparent plexiglass panels can be closed around it. A driveway gate leads to a shaded parking area for three cars near the house, while a second parking area for up to 20 cars is located 30 m away.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located a few metres from the villa and accessed from the veranda portico via a a few steps. Irregular in shape; measures 18 x 8 m with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.50 m beneath the diving board; lined with blue ceramic tiles; access via Roman steps and metal ladder; saltwater purification; internal and external lighting. Heatable up to 26°(on request at extra cost, indicative value subject to weather conditions) and equipped with a cover to maintain the temperature. The surrounding paved sun terrace is equipped with sunbeds, swing sofas, a hot-water shower, a guest toilet and a bar corner with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
