Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- High chair and travel crib must be requested in advance.
- ** This apartment is available for temporary rentals with a minimum stay of 11 nights. No tourist license is required. **
- Due to the change of legislation in Valencia last August 2024, in the Decree Law 9/2024 of the 2nd of August 2024, bookings of more than 10 days are considered non-tourist bookings, therefore a deposit of two months must be paid as explained in the Law 29/1994 (L.A.U. or Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos).
- To simplify this process, instead of requiring a two-month deposit, we request a €500 deposit, which will be charged 10 days before check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out via the same payment method, provided no damages occur during the stay.
- Cashless Establishment
- Please remember to throw out the trash before leaving the apartment.
- Eco-friendly Establishment: We encourage all guests to have a mindful consumption. We suggest turning off the lights and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment.
