A tour of the place
Take the elevator all the way to the top floor. You enter directly into a large and dining, lounging and kitchen area that offers plenty of space for all of you to hang out, cook and dine together. It’s decorated with a large corner sofa, a large dining table and a full kitchen with everything you need. The common area also has access to all five bedrooms.

If you are visiting Copenhagen to enjoy the food scene, this area has some of the best restaurants in town like Pastis, Geist and Pluto. Nyhavn is just a short walk away. So is the King’s Garden, a fabulous park which is also home to Rosenborg Castle. In short, this is one of the most happening areas of downtown Copenhagen no matter what time of the year you are visiting.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Luggage storage: Due to capacity and space, we offer limited services on luggage storage before and after check-out. We have a great service in Copenhagen called luggagehero who uses local shops, cafe's and restaurants for storage so always a possibility quite close. Minimum age for check in is 23. No Party Policy: Into This Place enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of other guests and neighbours. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. A warning will be issued, should guest violate this policy. A second violation will result in immediate eviction from the apartment without refund. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. Any evidence of smoking any apartment will result in a €1,000 fee. Furniture and Room Furnishings: All furniture, furnishings and kitchenware must be returned to it’s original placement prior to checking out.We require a credit card on hold for any damages beyond normal use of our amenities incurred during the guest's stay. The guest authorizes Into This Place to charge the cost of repair of such damage or loss of such items caused by themselves, or any person for whom they are responsible. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning bedding and upholstery, and fumigation if the guest smokes in a room, and/or damage to furniture, rugs, walls and fixtures as well as replacing missing items such as bedding, towels, furnishings, kitchenware, etc. Rates & policies subject to change.
