Immerse yourself in typical Tuscan countryside and culture, at this beautifully presented stone-built villa for 7. Close to the beaches of the Versilia coast in the charming village of Nocchi.
Quietly nestled on a sunny hillside this recently built villa is surrounded by cypress trees and offers the perfect destination for those seeking peace and tranquillity, and you can even bring one well-behaved pet.
Ideally set up for alfresco living the property enjoys a large garden which extends its entire perimeter. There is also a terrace with comfortable seating at the front of the property and in the rear, guests will find a BBQ, a pretty outside dining area and a gazebo.
The interior is reminiscent of a traditional Tuscan villa with high wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, large open fireplaces and shuttered windows.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor guests will find the spacious living room furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a digital flatscreen satellite HDTV. The open-plan country-style kitchen/dining room is positioned in the basement and fully equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, an American fridge freezer and a dining table.

Bedroom 1: The ensuite master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedrooms 2 & 3: The second and third bedrooms are both arranged on the first floor and are furnished with double beds.
Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom is quietly located in the basement and is furnished with a single bed.

Bathroom 1: The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, a bidet and a WC.

The property is located in the charming Tuscan village of Nocchi, near the foothills of the Apuan Alps. The village is set along the banks of the Lombricese River and is characterised by historic stone houses and narrow streets. The closest restaurant is a 2-minute walk and there is a supermarket a 6-minute drive away.
The surrounding countryside offers numerous trails for hiking and nature walks. The region is also known for its wine production. Visitors can enjoy wine-tasting tours at nearby vineyards including the Tenuta Adamo Winery which is a 20-minute drive.
A car is recommended for travelling, the largest nearby town Camaiore, is an 8-minute drive, the beaches of Lido di Camaiore 15 minutes by car, Forte dei Marmi 25 minutes by car and the charming renaissance city of Lucca is a 30-minute drive from the accommodation.
Further afield visitors can reach; the beautiful city of Florence, in about 1 hour and 20 minutes by car whilst the colourful houses and terraced vineyards of Cinque Terre are approximately a 1 hour and 30-minute drive away.
The closest international airport to the accommodation is Pisa Airport (PSA) which is approximately a 35-minute drive away.
