Currently, there is construction ongoing at this complex. The Primary suite is a serene retreat with a luxurious King bed, flat-screen TV, private bath, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and flat-screen TV. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the condo also includes a sofa sleeper in the living room, which boasts a 55-inch flat-screen TV and BluRay/DVD player for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops makes meal prep easy, while the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience. Complex Details & Amenities: Seaside Beach and Racquet Club provides a perfect blend of relaxation and fun with indoor and outdoor pools, a grilling area with picnic tables, fitness room, shuffleboard court, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, and an indoor heated pool for year-round enjoyment. Please Note: The Seaside Beach and Racquet complex is currently undergoing a walkway and balcony coating project. While your condo will remain comfortable and accessible, you may experience construction noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as improvements are made to enhance the property. Parking: Limit of 2 passes per stay. Passes are purchased onsite from the security guard for $50 each (cash only).
