Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1)- To create access to the residence we will need a photo ID or passport from all guests. We will give you bracelets upon arrival
- 2)- One-story apartment
- 3)- Electricity consumption is not included, it has a value of 23 Dominican pesos per Kw consumed. Consumption can be paid in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add USD 7.00 bank transaction to the initial amount when paying through Airbnb).
- 4)- Check-in time: 15:00 hours
- Early check-in 10:00 hours USD 60.00
- Early check-in 12:00 hours - 13:00 hours USD 40.00

- 5)- Check-out time: 11:00 hours
- Late check-out until 14:00 hours - USD 40.00
- Late check-out until 17:00 hours - USD 80.00
- 6)- Please note that you will be charged for any damage to the residence or apartment, as well as to your belongings or any damage after your stay.
- 7)- HIGH SPEED INTERNET INCLUDED.
- 8)- Cots on request with prior notice (limited quantity).
- 9)- Before your arrival we recommend you stop by a supermarket, in the accommodation you will find a bottle of drinking water, coffee and sugar. Each client is responsible for its replacement
- 10)- VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED, due to the rules of the residential, visits to properties with vacation rentals are not allowed.
