Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • No parties or events, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, etc.
  • Must be 25+ to book, or age 30+ on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October).
  • The person booking must check-in and be present for the reservation.
  • For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30+ or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
  • All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation, you agree to the following:
  • - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
  • - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and card on file for security deposit prior to check-in.
  • - We use DocuSign so you can securely verify ID and accept the terms and conditions.
  • - You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent only after successfully completing the verification process.
  • - For pet friendly properties, a pet fee applies, and approval is required.
